Jolene loves writing strong female protagonists and prefers to do so over a giant cup of coffee. She loves The Goonies, all things dark and macabre, and books. Lots of books.
She spends most of her time on Twitter, writer's haven Pen and Muse, and author resource site Pen and Muse Press. She also contributes to YA Stands and is a Publicity Assistant for Swoon Romance.
She has a Bachelor's degree in English Literature and Composition, with accolades from California State University of Fullerton. She is a proud member of SCBWI, ALA, and YALSA.
She is currently working on her third manuscript Thick As Thieves, an upper YA thriller.
